Consult Construct initially provided a 10 Year Plan for this very large Grade II listed care home with 30 bedrooms.
This plan was then followed up with instructions to provide internal remodeling, refurbishment proposals and budget estimates.
Logistical planning was required for this project to enable works to be undertaken whilst residence remained in the building whilst the works were undertaken.
