Works involved initial damage assessments and recommendations, repairs, and reinstatement of the two commercial shop fronts and residential flats above caused by vehicle impact.
We were instructed at first to undertake the initial damage assessments/recommendations which highlighted works required. We were then appointed as lead consultant to oversee the completion of all the recommended works.
We provided Project Management, Specification and contract administration for the reinstatement of two commercial shops and flats above on behalf of an insurance company.
