Works involved replacement cladding, concrete, repairs, roof repair and decoration. The building dates from the 1960’s and had suffered from a lack if cyclical maintenance.
We were instructed at first to undertake a 10 year maintenance plan which highlighted works required. Eighteen months later we were instructed as lead consultant to complete the works.
We provided Project Management, Specification and Management of telecoms access for this project on behalf of a Block Management company.
