We inspected this block of residential flats to provide a report and fee quote for the removal of combustible EWI, HPI, masonry façade system and combustible balcony decking to replace with non-combustible material.
Initially we provided the report and quote, we were then instructed to specify, tender and manage the works involved to replace including assisting the client with funding.
The works needed to be completed as soon as possible to make the building safe due to fire safety.
To replace cladding at this residential block of flats as quickly as possible to ensure the building was safe.
