We were instructed on this project post planning stage and were required to resolve planning conditions, produce the full detailed design package, tender the project under traditional procurement and administer the contract through the construction phase.
The scheme provided much needed additional accommodation for the existing primary school and provided new build nursery unit and a teaching block of eight classroom as well as associated external works to include playgrounds.
We achieved all of this work whilst the existing school remained open avoiding as much disruption as possible.
