This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop a new role within the business. 

Consult Construct work for a wide range of commercial and domestic clients, across both private and public sectors, including refurbishments, new builds and extension projects.

You will work at the front end of the business in generating new business leads focussing on commercial property transaction and asset management through commercial lease occupiers. 

The opportunity will be working with a software that provides details of the person/s responsible for dealing with real estate management for the tenant.  Working through a list you will be expected to sell our lease end advise services (dilapidations), new lease services (pre-lease building surveys, fit out management/design and landlords licence for alterations) and development monitoring. 

The candidate will need to have an understanding of our service offering by training on job or experience of working in a similar business. Support on understanding the software platform will be provided by software/database company and we will set the parameters on the type of business to focus on.    

This is a part-time role days to be agreed. Monthly targets would be set by the Directors. 

In addition (and to help understand our services) you will be involved with associated admin duties.  

Ideal criteria for candidate:

• Well spoken, energetic and enthusiastic individual 

• Interest and some knowledge in Commercial Real Estate  

• Good written and verbal communicator, good grammar

• Well organised, and ability to collate new client data into a CRM system being developed 

• Self-motivated and there maybe occasion of lone working. 

Salary – based on experience with an incentive quarterly bonus based on new business success 

This position is open to people with previous sales experience in the relevant fields.

•    Work in an organised and methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
