We were instructed to produce the specification for an external façade repairs project at this stunning Grade II Listed building in a central Canterbury.
Consult Construct initially provided a 10 Year Plan for this very large Grade II listed care home with 30 bedrooms. This plan was then followed up with instructions to provide internal remodeling, refurbishment proposals and budget estimates.
